About
Background
I'm a PhD student at Carnegie Mellon University researching urban sensing, embedded systems, data infrastructure, and sustainability. My work centers on sustainable and privacy-aware smart city technologies — building systems that observe the physical world without compromising the people in it.
On the hardware side I've designed and deployed multi-node sensing systems using Raspberry Pi, Jetson Orin Nano, Arduino, and Teensy, working with both analog and digital sensor streams. On the software side I work across signal processing, deep learning, and the data infrastructure that ties it together.
Outside of academia, I applied machine learning techniques as a PhD AI/ML Engineering Intern at Honeywell Technologies.
